Dry Cooler Delivered to Kazakhstan for Data Center Cooling Application

During the design stage, the solution was tailored to local climatic conditions and the high reliability requirements of data center operations, ensuring stable and continuous system performance.

The dry cooler is designed with a cooling capacity of 399 kW, using 50% ethylene glycol solution as the cooling medium to enhance antifreeze protection under low ambient temperatures. This configuration is well suited for regions with large seasonal temperature variations. The unit operates on a 400V / 3Ph / 50Hz power supply, fully compliant with local industrial power standards.

For key components, the unit is equipped with EBM EC fans combined with an EC control cabinet, allowing intelligent fan speed regulation based on real-time load demand. This contributes to stable cooling performance while optimizing energy consumption. The control system is based on a CAREL PLC controller, providing reliable operation control and basic monitoring functions required for data center applications.

To further improve operational stability, anti-vibration pads are installed to reduce mechanical vibration during fan operation. The heat exchanger tubes are made of SUS304 stainless steel, paired with gold hydrophilic aluminum fins, enhancing heat transfer efficiency and corrosion resistance for long-term continuous operation.

The successful delivery of this project demonstrates our proven experience in dry cooler solutions for data center cooling, and provides a solid reference for future projects in Central Asia and similar regions.
