ShenglinCooler Ships 225kW Cooling System to Data Center Project in the UAE

ShenglinCooler has completed the shipment of a 225kW cooling system for a data center project in the United Arab Emirates. The equipment is designed to provide reliable and stable cooling performance under local environmental conditions.

The cooling system adopts 35% ethylene glycol as the cooling medium, which provides effective heat transfer while maintaining reliable performance under varying ambient conditions. The system operates with a 380V, 3-phase, 50Hz power supply, fully compliant with local power standards.

To ensure consistent and safe operation, the unit is equipped with a spray system and a dedicated control module, allowing for precise temperature regulation and real-time system monitoring. These functions help maintain operational stability and reduce the need for manual intervention.

For improved airflow management, double movable screens are installed at the return air inlet. This design allows convenient adjustment of airflow direction and facilitates easier maintenance and cleaning. The system is also equipped with rubber shock absorbers, which effectively minimize vibration and noise during operation, enhancing both mechanical stability and service life.

This delivery is part of ShenglinCooler’s ongoing projects supporting data center infrastructure in the Middle East, providing dependable cooling equipment built for long-term use and consistent performance.
