Recently, SHENGLIN successfully delivered a batch of dry coolers to a customer in Africa. The units will be used in an industrial cooling system and were designed with consideration for the region’s hot and dry climate. The equipment meets the customer’s requirements for stable operation and energy efficiency.
The operating conditions for the equipment are as follows:
· Air inlet temperature: 35°C
· Wet-bulb temperature: 26.2°C
· Water inlet temperature: 45°C
· Water outlet temperature: 35°C
· Cooling capacity: 290kw
· Cooling medium: water
· Supply power: 400V/3P/50Hz
The dry cooler features copper tubes with hydrophilic aluminum fins and is equipped with Ziehl-Abegg EC fans. A wetted pad system and integrated electrical control box are included to enhance system adaptability and ease of use.
