Recently, our company completed the manufacturing and delivery of a dry cooler project for a waste energy recovery plant in Russia. The project includes two dry cooler units, designed to provide reliable cooling for the plant’s process systems and to support continuous and stable operation.

Each unit is rated with a cooling capacity of 832 kW. The cooling medium is water, and the power supply specification is 400V / 3Ph / 50Hz, in accordance with local industrial power standards. During the design phase, special attention was given to the operating characteristics of waste energy recovery facilities, including long operating hours and demanding environmental conditions.

The heat exchanger coils are manufactured with copper tubes combined with gold epoxy-coated aluminum fins, which ensures efficient heat transfer while enhancing corrosion resistance. This configuration is suitable for industrial environments where durability and long service life are required. The unit frame is made of galvanized steel with electrostatic powder coating, providing additional structural strength and surface protection for outdoor or semi-outdoor installation.

The dry coolers are mainly used to support the waste energy recovery process by providing stable air-cooled heat rejection, helping to maintain system temperature control while reducing water consumption. Prior to shipment, the units underwent standard factory inspection and testing to verify performance and quality compliance.
