Dry Cooler Project for a Food Processing Plant in China

Recently, our company completed the supply and delivery of one dry cooler unit for a domestic food processing plant in China. The unit is used in the process cooling system of the plant, where stable and continuous operation is required to support daily production activities.

The dry cooler is designed with a cooling capacity of 259.4 kW and operates with a 50% ethylene glycol solution as the cooling medium. This configuration allows the system to operate reliably under different ambient conditions while providing adequate freeze protection for year-round operation. The power supply is 400V / 3N / 50Hz, fully compatible with standard industrial power systems at the project site.

During the project preparation stage, the equipment selection was made based on the actual operating conditions of the food processing plant. Particular attention was given to long-term operational stability, ease of installation, and routine maintenance. The overall structure of the unit is compact and practical, making it suitable for installation within the available plant space.

Prior to delivery, the dry cooler underwent factory inspection and operational testing. All key performance parameters met the design specifications. After installation, the unit will serve as part of the production cooling system, providing a stable cooling source and supporting consistent process operation.

This project further demonstrates the applicability of dry cooler solutions in food processing facilities and reflects our experience in supplying cooling equipment for industrial process applications.
