Application: Bitcoin Cooling
Recently, our company successfully completed the manufacturing and shipment of two dry coolers, which have been delivered to Belgium for a Bitcoin-related application. The project requires reliable and stable cooling performance to ensure continuous operation of critical equipment.

Each dry cooler is designed with a cooling capacity of 568 kW, using water as the cooling medium. The operating conditions are specified as: inlet water temperature of 50°C, outlet water temperature of 43°C, water flow rate of 70.6 m³/h, and ambient air inlet temperature of 40°C. Under these relatively demanding thermal conditions, the units are able to deliver stable and consistent heat rejection performance.
As the installation site is located close to the coastline, enhanced corrosion resistance was a key consideration during system design. The units feature 304 stainless steel panels and fasteners, copper tubes, and aluminum fins with epoxy resin anti-corrosion coating, providing effective protection against humid and saline environments and supporting long-term operation.
The dry coolers are equipped with EC fans with integrated control, allowing flexible fan speed regulation according to real-time operating conditions. This design helps optimize energy consumption while maintaining required cooling capacity and operational stability. The power supply specification is 400V / 3Ph / 50Hz, fully compliant with local electrical standards.

The successful delivery of this project demonstrates our capability in customized dry cooler design, adaptation to challenging site conditions, and execution of international projects. We remain committed to providing reliable and efficient cooling solutions for digital infrastructure, energy, and industrial applications worldwide.
