Dry Cooler Project Delivery | Application for Production Line in DR Congo

Recently, our company successfully completed the manufacturing and delivery of a Sèk pi fre sistèm for a production line project located in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DR Congo). The unit is designed to support stable heat dissipation for industrial equipment operating under continuous working conditions.

The project includes one dry cooler unit, with two additional fan units supplied as spare parts, providing operational redundancy and facilitating future maintenance. The dry cooler is designed with a cooling capacity of 285.7 kW, using water as the cooling medium. The power supply specification is 400V / 3Ph / 50Hz, fully aligned with local industrial power standards.

For the heat exchanger configuration, the unit is equipped with copper tubes and hydrophilic aluminum fins. The copper tubes ensure efficient heat transfer, while the hydrophilic aluminum fins help improve heat exchange performance and reduce the impact of condensation, making the system suitable for long-term operation in warm and humid environments.

The dry cooler will serve critical processes within the equipment production line, providing reliable and consistent cooling performance. Throughout the design, manufacturing, and factory inspection stages, the equipment was produced strictly in accordance with the project’s technical requirements and application conditions to ensure stable on-site operation.
