Our company has recently completed the manufacturing and shipment of a Sèk pi fre sistèm for a data center project in the United Arab Emirates. The unit is designed for process cooling applications, with particular focus on high ambient temperatures, continuous operation, and variable load conditions typical of data center facilities in the region.
The dry cooler is designed with a cooling capacity of 609 kW, using a 50% ethylene glycol solution as the cooling medium to ensure reliable operation, corrosion resistance, and long-term stability under elevated temperature conditions. The power supply is 400V / 3Ph / 50Hz, in line with common electrical standards for data center infrastructure.

On the air side, the system is equipped with EBM EC axial fans and a dedicated EC control cabinet, allowing stepless speed control based on return water temperature and real-time load demand. This configuration helps optimize energy consumption while maintaining stable heat rejection performance.
To address extreme summer ambient temperatures in the UAE, the dry cooler integrates a spray and high-pressure misting auxiliary cooling system. When ambient temperatures approach or exceed design limits, the system activates to reduce inlet air temperature through evaporative cooling, thereby enhancing overall heat transfer efficiency and supporting stable operation during peak load periods.
The control system is based on a CAREL PLC controller, enabling centralized management of fan operation, spray system, and overall unit status. Communication interfaces are reserved to allow integration with the data center’s building management or monitoring system.
From a mechanical and material perspective, the heat exchanger tubes are manufactured from SUS304 stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance for long-term glycol circulation. The aluminum casing is finished with a black epoxy resin coating, enhancing durability and weather resistance under high temperatures and strong solar radiation.

In addition, anti-vibration pads for spare parts are supplied to minimize mechanical stress during transportation and installation, contributing to overall system reliability.
The successful delivery of this project demonstrates our capability to provide technically optimized dry cooler solutions for data center cooling applications in high-temperature regions.
