ShenglinCooler has completed the shipment of a 194kW cooling system for a data center project in Mexico. The system is engineered to provide reliable and efficient cooling for continuous data center operations, supporting the project’s requirements for stable temperature control and operational safety.

The cooling system uses water as the primary cooling medium and is designed for a 400V, 3-phase, 50Hz power supply, fully compatible with local electrical standards. It is equipped with EC fans and an EC electric control box, providing precise airflow management and energy-efficient operation. These components allow the system to adjust fan speed automatically based on real-time temperature and load conditions, optimizing performance while reducing power consumption.

For flexible thermal management, the system includes both a standard spray unit and a high-pressure spray unit. This configuration ensures effective heat removal under varying workloads and allows the data center to maintain consistent operating conditions even during peak demand periods.

The system is designed with practical maintenance and operational features in mind. Its modular layout and accessible components simplify routine inspections, while robust construction ensures long-term stability and reliable performance.
